DEIB Interventions Suite

Our DEIB Interventions Suite is made up of an Organisational Engineering as well as a People & Culture component

TDCI’s integrated DEIB change management framework identifies three hard organisational elements and three soft people and culture elements that need to be addressed to create DEIB shifts. Together these six elements form the holding environment that enables meaningful and sustainable transformation to take place. The poignant ‘fish-in-water’ parable powerfully turn our attention to this omnipresent holding environment that often becomes invisible or unnoticed.

Like water to the fish, our holding environment (both the hard organisational as well as soft people and culture elements), has a major impact on our wellness, happiness, engagement, and productivity. A toxic, hostile, and discriminating environment for instance lead to decreased employee morale, reduced productivity, higher turnover rates, and increased stress and health issues among staff. In contrast, an inclusive, supportive, and empowering environment enhances employee well-being, boosts productivity and creativity, fosters collaboration and loyalty, and significantly contributes to the overall success and sustainability of the organisation.

Our DEIB Interventions Suite therefore assist companies with both the hard Organisational Engineering as well as the soft People & Culture components of the transformation process.
