TDCI’s is a business psychology consulting firm that specialises in DEIB Excellence, Organisational Development, Change Management, and Leadership Development. We are a Level 2 BBBEE service provider, accredited with the Services SETA. Our storyline of being an enabler of growth and development stretches back to 1999.

Our psychological/sociological roots afford us a deep understanding of the complexity of human development, interpersonal relations, team/organisational dynamics, and diversity-related transformation. Elizabeth

Elizabeth Dhlamini-Kumalo is TDCI’s chair and Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging Portfolio Executive. She holds a master’s degree in human resources management and has had an illustrious career as Human Resource Manager / Director at Nedcor, Afrox, Woolworths, Sandvik, South African National Parks, Fedics, and SARS. She has driven various large-scale organisational change and transformation initiatives and has been a Maverick in implementing progressive human resource strategies. Elizabeth is the previous Chairperson of SABPP, and current chair of the SABPP HR Governance.

Marius

Marius is the MD and founding member of TDCI Training and Development. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the fields of individual and organisational excellence, leadership development, change management,  and diversity-related interventions. He is a registered Industrial Psychologist and completed a PHD in Consulting Psychology at UNISA on the evolution of workplace diversity intelligence. He has been a driving force behind the creation of several national & international events. Marius has facilitated more than 500 DEIB sessions for a broad range of public and private sector for clients.

Collins

​Collins is co-owner of TDCI and serves as Director of Business Development. He launched his career in Training and Marketing after completing a BA degree and Business Marketing Programme. He was team leader and Sales Director at Excellante International where he led the marketing function and call centre. In 2007, Collins started his own company, Masimu Marketing Solutions, that focusses primarily on the marketing of training and development programmes. In 2018 Collins joined TDCI to create a bigger national and international footprint within the training and consultancy industry.

Georgina

Georgina completed a PhD at the University of Johannesburg and undertook a Postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Stellenbosch Business School dedicated to the study of women at work. Georgina is a passionate facilitator skilled in communication, management, quality management and auditing. She is an experienced facilitator of DEIB and leading inclusively workshops and has been a panellist in several initiative intended to raise awareness on GBV, women empowerment and leadership. She is currently a business partner to training academies, certification, and accreditation body (SANAS).

Dr. Georgina Pondayi
Consultant

Cicil

Cicilia is the regional manager for TDCI Western Cape. She is a lead facilitator who have extensive experience both nationally as well as internationally. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and is currently busy with a Doctorate at Stellenbosch Business School. Cicilia specialises on adult learning and development, Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Generational Diversity and the development of Power Skills. She is one of TDCI’s lead diversity facilitators and has presented a wide variety of DEIB and other people skills programmes. She also has experience in the identification, assessment, profiling, and accelerated development of future leaders.

Mdu

Mdu is a seasoned consultant and coach with extensive experience as Strategic Human Capital management and Employment Equity consulting. He has operated within the entire Human Capital value chain and has a passion for people development and business excellence. He is a qualified and astute Human Capital professional with over 22 years’ operational and senior management experience. Mdu specialises in people management, coaching, organisational development, talent management, employee relation, and Employment Equity consulting. Mdu is passionate about a full grasp of continuous improvement as well quality management processes.

Margaret

Margaret is an Employment Equity Specialist. She has extensive experience within the Human Resources environment, people landscape, and transformation/compliance space. Her career spans over 25 years – starting as a Human Resources generalist and then specialising in Employment Equity. Margaret’s educational background includes Human Resources Management, Effective People Management and Leadership practices. Her corporate career includes working for Emperors Palace, Vodacom, Volkswagen, 1Surance and Siyakha Implementation Partners. Since then she served as specialist consultant within the Employment Equity and Transformation space.

Juan-Jacques

Juan-Jacques is a qualified Actuary that worked at PwC for 3 years where he specialised in quantitative data analysis. As entrepreneur he has combined his actuarial knowledge, programming skills, and knowledge of blockchain technology to create secure systems geared towards improving individual and organisational functioning. His passion for people development enticed him to join TDCI where is focusses on new business development. He functions on the interface of digital technology, Artificial Intelligence, and online systems that create innovative ways to enable people development and inculcate the sustainability of initiatives.
