Diversity Train the Trainer Programmes capacitates internal change champions with the knowledge, skills and tools to facilitate diversity change interventions within their respective organisations. The Diversity Train the Trainer provides a structured programme in equipping practitioner them with the theoretical underpinning, facilitative processes, skills and methodology required to design and facilitate diversity related interventions.
