The National Diversity, Employment Equity & Transformation Survey
The diversity landscape seems to be dynamic, fast moving and often volatile. The past couple
of months saw intense debate around issues of diversity related transformation within the
South African society as well as within corporate South Africa.
The aim of the survey is to identify the major achievements, best practice, current trends,
contentious issues and critical needs in the field of diversity related transformation.
Companies are invited to participate in the survey through completing the survey and mailing
it back. Company specific information will be kept confidential. The data will be analysed
quantitatively as well as qualitatively and will be reported on thematically. The survey results
will be presented during the Summit and also published in the Special Conference Edition.
Companies participating in the survey can benefit in the following ways:
- Being acknowledge as a participant organisation in the survey
- Receive a copy of the report indicating the major achievements, best practice, current trends, contentious issues and critical needs in the field.
